Series of Events in Elon Musk Twitter Deal

It all started in March 2022, when Musk questioned Twitter's policy on free speech and propaganda dissemination.

On April 4, Twitter issued an official statement that Musk had acquired a 9.2% stake in the company. On April 5, Musk becomes an active investor on Twitter.

On April 14, Elon Musk made an offer to buy all of Twitter for $43 billion, or $54.20 per share.

On April 25, Twitter agrees to get sold worth $44 billion, and to make the company private.

On July 8, Musk walks out of the contract stating “misleading representations” over the number of so-called spam bots on the service.

Whereas on October 4, Musk takes a U-turn and revives $44 billion takeover bid.

 Musk visited Twitter’s headquarter on October 27 and the next day i.e October 28, he confirmed his takeover of Twitter.
