LBRY's Loss May Impact Ripple Lawsuit Judgement

After SEC's win over crypto firm LBRY, all eyes are on Ripple vs SEC lawsuit judgement.

The crypto lawyer John Deaton believed that the chances of Ripple and XRP winning against SEC have not diminished yet.

After Ripple versus SEC battle, SEC vs LBRY is one among the most important legal battle for the crypto industry.

But its not because of Ripple or what they did or didn’t do, it’s about how the SEC chose to prosecute the case, Deaton said.

The lawyer also said the recent LBRY vs SEC judgement is a total victory for the SEC but it does not mean Ripple's defeat.

LBRY has lost in court and its LBC tokens were recognized as securities.
