Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks is set to be deposed in February.
The billionaire is facing a class-action lawsuit over his promotions of the bankrupt crypto brokerage firm Voyager Digital.
US Judge Lisette M. Reid rejected Cuban's request to split testimony into two sessions and ordered full testimony to take place on Feb 2 in Dallas, Texas.
In addition to it, Judge Reid stated three plaintiffs to appear for in-person depositions this month.
Also, as per the order, Mavericks employees Ryan Mackey and Kyle Tappey must also be deposed before Feb. 23 and all discoveries as to them must be produced by the end of January.
The lawsuit accused Cuban of misrepresenting the firm on numerous occasions.
Also, the lawsuit alleges that Cuban and Voyager Digital CEO Stephen Ehrlich leveraged their years of experience to attract inexperienced customers.
