Rapper Heather Morgan and his husband were charged last year for allegedly laundering $4.5 billion of Bitcoin stolen from the Bitfinex currency exchange.

According to a court filing, Morgan, described herself as “The Crocodile of Wall Street,” and was employed by a tech company despite being under 24-hour house arrest.

Judge ruled that Morgan can work from his employer's office three days a week from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The filing also detailed that Morgan has been offered a job in the role of growth marketing and business development specialist.

The judge also approved the request of keeping the company name for Morgan's safety.

However, the federal prosecutor's office has been informed of the company that employed Morgan.

Morgan was freed on $3 million bond but her husband was not granted bail. A status hearing for this case is set for January 27 in Washington, D.C.
