According to SEC filings, after posting on Truth Social, Trump has to wait six hours before posting the same content on another social media platform, and his contract is due to be renewed in June.
However, as per the agreement, it only applies to non-political content, and he can post political messages, political fundraising, or voting activities anytime, anywhere.
Trump’s Twitter account was reactivated in November. But he has not tweeted anything on the micro-blogging website yet.
An anonymous Republican told NBC News that Trump is planning a return to the platform and said "He's been talking about it for weeks."
However, Trump and TMTG spokespersons have not responded to this yet.
