Analysis Group Sues Twitter

As per the reports, a consulting firm, Analysis Group has sued Twitter for not paying $2.2 million in fees.

The firm alleges that Twitter failed to pay the lawyer's fee who represented the company when it took Elon Musk to court for his $44 billion takeover bid.

Reportedly Twitter hired the consultancy to assist three law firms that represented the platform in the case against Musk in Delaware Chancery Court.

Twitter is already facing lawsuits for unpaid bills and this case will exacerbate the company's legal problems.

Analysis Group's lawsuit mentioned that Twitter is engaged in a pattern of failing to honour its contractual obligations to pay its service providers.

The consultancy firm stated that it provided analytical support for expert opinions as well as economic consulting assistance.

Last week Innisfree M&A Inc also sued Twitter seeking nearly $2 million.
