House Oversight Committee Subpoenas Big Banks For Biden's Records

April 08, 2023

The House Oversight Committee has subpoenaed four major financial institutions including JP Morgan and Bank Of America, in its probe of Biden's financial records.

Bank of America, Cathay Bank, JPMorgan Chase, and HSBC have received subpoenas related to the panel’s investigation into the Biden family’s global influence-peddling scheme.

The committee has accused Democrats of trying to scare potential witnesses off testifying.

Republicans have been reviewing government reports of suspicious financial transactions related to President Biden’s family members.

Lawmakers were seeking to discover whether the president’s son Hunter Biden's various business arrangements with wealthy foreigners involved his father.

President Biden has long denied playing any role in business deals pursued by his son and his brother, James Biden.

Rep. James Comer- "We have the bank records, and the facts are not good for the Biden family."
