Elon Musk News: Twitter CEO, Elon Musk speaking at the World Government Summit in Dubai via remote video link on Wednesday revealed that he is planning to step down as the company boss. He mentioned that he aims to look out for his successor by the end of 2023.
Elon Musk stated that he needs to stabilize the social media giant financially before he steps down as the CEO. He added that the product roadmap is already being clearly laid out. As per Twitter Chief end of this year would be good timing to find the right person who can run the company.

This is not the first time that Musk made comments around speculation of appointing a new Twitter Chief. Back on December 21, 2022, he brought up that he would certainly resign as the CEO as soon as he finds someone who is foolish enough to take the job.
However, Musk added that he would just need to run the software and servers teams. Later, he also ran a poll on Twitter and asked the user to choose whether he should step down as the company boss. The voters went on to decide that Musk should resign.
