Someone is offering $1 million for Amazon.eth domain

July 19, 2022

Amazon.eth, which was purchased for $103,000, has a one-million USDC bid.

The anonymous bidder has put a one-million USDC bid set to end on July 19 at 3 p.m. ET.

It would be the highest sale of an ENS domain since paradigm.eth in October last year, which was sold for 420 ETH, nearly $1.54 million at the time.

As Ethereum scales to more users, ENS domains are expected to become more valuable.

ENS allows crypto users to rename their public Ethereum wallet address to a human-readable name from a string of 64 digits and letters.

ENS Domains also make it easy for Ethereum users to send and receive payments via Ethereum.

ENS domains’ value reported gain while the bulk of the crypto market was in red.
