Binance To Be Recognized As Legal Entity In This Country

Cryptocurrency exchange Binance, in its latest post announced receiving a regulatory license in Sweden.

Binance will now be officially recognized as a legal entity in Sweden.

As per the blog post, this has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority for the purpose of managing and trading virtual currencies.

Binance already has a regulatory licence in Italy, France, Spain, Poland, Cyprus, and Lithuania.

Whereas this is the seventh EU country where the platform has been granted such a license.

The post further detailed that Binance’s Swedish subsidiary Binance Nordics AB has received registration.

Binance CEO, CZ also tweeted this information and wrote licenses and registrations are much harder to get now. "But when the going gets tough, the tough gets going."
