Binance has signed an agreement with the Recording Academy to become the first-ever official crypto exchange partner for the 64th Grammy Awards.

As part of the agreement, Binance’s name will be displayed at this year’s Grammy Awards and Grammy Week events.

As Grammy’s official crypto exchange partner, Binance will work to bring various Web3 technology solutions and experiences to the Recording Academy’s events.

Recording Academy Co-President Panos A Panay said that it’s important to work with innovative partners to explore new monetization avenues and create new experiences for music fans.

Binance co-founder Yi He said that the crypto exchange was impressed by the Recording Academy’s ability to meet the changing demands of its community.

The 64th Annual Grammy Awards are scheduled to be televised this Sunday at 8pm ET, 5pm PT.

Last year, the Recording Academy had partnered with OneOf, a green NFT marketplace backed by legendary record producer Quincy Jones.
