A colorful bouncing QR code of 60 seconds video is similar to the iconic bouncing DVD logo meme.

The scanned code takes the viewer to Coinbase’s promotional website with a limited-time offer of $15 worth of free Bitcoin to new users, along with a $3 million giveaway that users can join.

Coinbase’s app is currently down with playlist error: This content is currently unavailable from within your country. This is due to the massive influx of traffic.

Cryptocurrency companies like Crypto.com and FTX using similar kinda Super Bowl ad to promote either cryptocurrency exchanges, NFTs or others.

Meta’s Quest account tweeted its own bouncing QR code just after Coinbase’s ad debut, linked to Foo Fighters-led VR afterparty.
