Crypto.com’s ad seeking donations for Ukraine will air during the 94th Oscars.

Crypto.com will run a commercial during this year's Oscars seeking donations for people affected by the ongoing war in Ukraine.

The crypto firm has launched this campaign in partnership with the International Committee of the Red Cross , CEO Marszalek revealed.

The highly anticipated 94th Academy Awards are scheduled to take place this Sunday night at 8 p.m. ET and are expected to attract a large audience from around the world.

Earlier, Crypto.com CEO had revealed a donation of $1 million to the Red Cross Red Crescent on Twitter.

The crypto company also announced that it will match the donations up to $1 million during the campaign that will run until 31st March.

Ukrainian President, who earlier signed a bill to make cryptocurrencies legal in the country, is also in talks with Oscars to make an appearance during the event.

Crypto.com is known for its aggressive marketing. The crypto firm also became the official sponsor of FIFA World Cup 2022.
