The $258 billion lawsuit accusing Elon Musk of running a pyramid scheme to support Dogecoin has now new investor plaintiffs and defendants.

According to the Reuters report,  there are now seven new investor plaintiffs and six new defendants including Elon Musk’s tunnel construction business Boring Co.

The lawsuit alleges that Elon Musk and his companies intentionally drove up the price of Dogecoin more than 36,000% over two years and then let it crash.

The complaint alleges that Elon Musk and his companies made off tens of billions of dollars" at other Dogecoin investors' expense.

Despite the lawsuit, Elon Musk has not backed down on supporting dogecoin.

Shortly after the lawsuit was filed in June, Elon Musk tweeted  he will keep supporting Dogecoin.

Dogecoin Foundation has also been named as defendant in the lawsuit.
