PayPal co-founder calls out Bitcoin’s “enemies” at Bitcoin Conference.

April 8, 2022

Peter Thiel called out Warren Buffett, JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon, and BlackRock CEO Larry Fink for their anti-bitcoin stance.

In his speech, Thiel referred to the trio as members of a “finance gerontocracy” that are opposing the “revolutionary youth movement” that embraces Bitcoin.

PayPal co-founder called bitcoin cynic Warren Buffett “the sociopathic grandpa from Omaha,” referring to him as the “enemy No. 1” of bitcoin.

Warren Buffet had once infamously compared bitcoin to “rat poison.”

Earlier, JPMorgan Chase CEO had praised blockchain and Defi space, but, at the same time, maintained his anti-bitcoin stance.

Theil also implied that Bitcoin-associated companies are a target for ESG (Environmental, social and governance) firms as they are not heavily influenced by governments.

Peter Thiel believes bitcoin has the potential to change the world.
