Terraform Labs has recently been quoted as saying that South Korean prosecutors are acting “unfairly” after the collapse of the stablecoin terraUSD (UST) and the digital asset luna.
The company told a media house Wednesday that the case has become “highly politicized.”
It added that the actions of the Korean prosecutors demonstrate unfairness and a failure to uphold fundamental rights guaranteed under Korean law.
The Seoul-based company is the developer of the Terra blockchain protocol.
As per media reports, a South Korean court recently issued an arrest warrant for Do Kwon and his two associates in connection with the collapse of UST and its associated token Luna in May
The fall of the Luna token and stablecoin TerraUSD (UST) wiped off US$40 billion from investors' pockets.
Do Kwon, who has an international arrest warrant out against him, tweeted he is "making zero effort to hide."
