As per the Bloomberg report, one day when Twitter employees were debating whether to quit, Ella Irwin, who is Twitter’s trust and safety head offered words of encouragement.
Ella Irwin has assisted Elon Musk in breaking conventions in how Twitter manages user account policy ever since he took over the company.
Employees were given one hour on Nov. 17 to decide whether to check yes on a form Musk handed out indicating their willingness to complete the duties in "hardcore" mode or resign.
On this, Irwin urged the staff to remain and figure out a way to collaborate with Musk.
She said, though Elon Musk’s methods were unconventional, employees needed to adjust and support how he wanted to lead the company.
Some of the workers found her pitch problematic as the way Musk wanted to lead directly contradicted the policies and procedures that Twitter has refined over the years.
Musk rewarded Irwin for her loyalty and trusted her to explain Twitter's movement to the public about Twitter's decisions through tweets and news articles.
