Why Is BLUR Token Price Surging?

Launched in October 2022, Blur, an NFT marketplace has grabbed the headlines as it competes with other Ethereum-based protocols like OpenSea.

On Feb 14, Blur announced it would give away 360 million BLUR tokens which were worth around $355 million to early adopters.

As per the website, it has 360,000,000 BLUR was distributed to the community in Season 1 and Season 2 has now begun.

According to Coinmarketcap data, the BLUR token is currently amongst the top trending coins and has seen a sudden price spike of 15.13% in the last 24 hours.
