Elon Musk seems hesitant to go through with Twitter deal.

Elon Musk's offer to buy Twitter for $44 billion seems in serious trouble, says The Washington Post.
Musk’s team has stopped specific discussions with investors and thinks it won't be able to confirm Twitter's data about the number of spam bots on its platform.
The revelations raise more doubts about whether Musk and Twitter will close the deal.
The Washington Post, citing three anonymous people familiar with the matter, reported Thursday that the deal is "in serious jeopardy."
Twitter planned to close the deal and enforce its agreement with Musk, which still needs to be approved by shareholders in a special meeting.
Twitter has said that they had and will continue to cooperatively share information with Mr. Musk to consummate the transaction in accordance with the terms of the merger agreement.
Despite all these inconsistencies, Elon Musk tweeted last month that he is determined to buy Twitter.
