MAD Metacells are an NFT collection from the MAD Metaverse, a play-to-earn game built on Ethereum that focuses on the concept of evolving NFTs. 

What Are MAD Metacells?

MAD Metacells are a dynamic NFT that represents a single cell organism that evolves for eternity (and earns you $BIOMETA in the process). These creatures can become sentient and even give birth a new sub-species: The MAD Nanocells. • Merge: the ability to merge with third-party NFTs from different platforms to create a new collectible with unique traits and visual
• Traded: can be sold off-market perceived value
• Self-awareness: allows Metacells to freely roam the Madverse in search of in-game resources

Upon the release of The Lab  – a web3 gamified platform to experiment with Evolving NFTs – players will be able to start experimenting with their MAD Metacell NFTs, and generate crypto and NFT rewards. Inside the Lab, players can experiment and develop with different mechanics to evolve, mutate and enhance the MAD Metacells. Moreover, Host Protocol – a feature within the Lab – allows players to use their 3rd party NFTs from their wallets to further mutate and evolve their MAD Metacells. Metacells development and evolution depend on how players fuel them throughout the game.

MAD Metaverse – The First Evolving NFT Gameplay
