Simultaneously, altcoins have followed the flagship crypto, cracking 4-12% over the past day. However, Sui defied the broader trend to trade in the green zone.
Meanwhile, the global crypto market cap witnessed a 4.10% decline in value to $2.05 trillion. However, the total crypto market volume saw a significant 55.86% spike to $59.58 billion at press time.

The BTC price chart showcased a 4.43% fall in value to finally rest at $58,529.85 as of writing. Further, the flagship crypto’s 24-hour bottoms and tops were recorded as $58,207.36 and $61,778.66, respectively.
Bitcoin’s dominance stood at 56.29% today, a slight 0.02% decrease over the past day. The coin’s market cap was evaluated to be $1.16 trillion.
Data by Soso Value shows that spot Bitcoin ETFs had a net outflow of $169 million as of last week, i.e. August 5-9. The coin’s current waning movement falls in line with this data.
Meanwhile, the ETH price slipped 3.93% in the past 24 hours and is currently trading at $2,545.05. The coin’s 24-hour lows and tops were recorded as $2,513.39 and $2,718.80, respectively.
Despite $104.76 million inflows in spot Ethereum ETFs last week, the crypto has raised investor concerns with its contrasting price trajectory.
SOL price witnessed a 7.43% decline in value to reach $144.22 today, aligning with the broader crypto prices today. Its 24-hour lows and highs were recorded as $141.35 and $157.93, respectively.
Simultaneously, the XRP price cracked 4.30% over the past day to reach $0.5642. Its 24-hour bottoms and peaks were recorded as $0.5475 and $0.5929, respectively.
The meme coin sector followed the broader market trend, as seen by the DOGE price sinking 7.14% over the past day to reach $0.1015. Moreover, Shiba Inu’s (SHIB) price tanked 6.68% to reach $0.00001349.
Similarly, Pepecoin, dogwifhat, and BONK prices tumbled 7%-11%.
However, some tokens appear to have defied the broader market sentiment today.
Sui (SUI) price gained 3.12% to $0.9133.
UNUS SED LEO (LEO) price jumped slightly by 0.64% to $5.81.
Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (ASI) price dipped 11.77% to $0.8214.
