The top crypto prices today saw a mixed action as Bitcoin (BTC) price dropped below the $51,000 level while some altcoins gained. In addition, Ethereum sustained above the $2,900 level, which is a significant milestone in two years. Meanwhile, other top altcoins, such as XRP and Cardano (ADA) gained as Solana (SOL) dipped.
The Bitcoin price couldn’t sustain the $52,000 level. The Bitcoin price was down by 0.72%, reaching $51,792.72 at the time of writing on Tuesday, Feburary 20. On the other hand, it’s trading volume soared by 21.59% to $22.14 billion in the last 24 hours. Meanwhile, the crypto boasted a market cap of $1.01 trillion.
In the altcoin space, the Ethereum price gained 1.06% to $2,924.72 at press time with market valuation of $351.45 billion. Whilst, ETH saw its trading volume plunge by 35.34%, reaching $15.83 billion. Meanwhile, the Binance Coin (BNB) price increased 0.63% in value, reaching $354.76. Furthermore, its 24-hour trade volume surged by 23.43% to $1.29 billion.
The Solana price geared to drop below $110 mark amid the pullback. The Solana price was down by 1.55%, settling $110.30. In contrast, SOL witnessed a 27.73% uptick in trade volume to $1.98 billion in the last 24 hours. Whilst, the XRP price rebounded past $0.57. The XRP price recorded a gain of 1.63%, settling at $0.5717. Moreover, XRP’s trading volume spiked by 88.46% to $1.32 million.
Meanwhile, the Cardano price rebounded, witnessing a hike of 0.80% to $0.6288 today. Furthermore, it recorded a 16.30% increase in its 24-hour trading volume, settling at $713.29 million. As the top crypto prices experienced volatility, the meme coin arena also followed. The Dogecoin price increased by 2.83% to $0.08843 while its competitor, Shiba Inu, registered a 0.02% gain in value and traded at $0.000009805.

The Pepe Coin (PEPE) crypto, a popular meme crypto, registered a significant decline today. At press time, the Pepe Coin price was up down 2.36% to $0.000001187 with a market valuation of $499.51 million. In contrast, its 24-hour trade volume soared by 35.75% to $111.22 million.
The Filecoin (FIL) registered a massive surge and emerged as one of the top crypto gainers today. The Filecoin price jumped by 13.11% to $7.33 at the time of reporting. Moreover, its trade volume skyrocketed by a whopping 202.14% to $999.46 million. Moreover, the FIL crypto attained a high of $7.80 amid the rally today.
