PR: Davinci Foundation and American music streaming company TOWB Music sign MoU for Blockchain Integration Services

TOWB Music, Inc. (CEO Eric Sim) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Davinci Foundation (CEO Seungjae Han) on Jan 4th to develop an innovative global trade system in the music industry and to expand Davinci’s blockchain ecosystem. Both firms will exchange and share experience in the development of financial technology, blockchain, as well as analytical and research materials.

The Davinci Foundation is a Korean-Chinese joint company that was founded in Singapore, 2017 and launched the coin (DAC) on HADAX.

The Davinci coin (DAC) will be used as a blockchain in several different fields like culture, credit investigation, insurance, finance, internet, etc. They are expanding their ecosystem working with various companies from China as well as Korea. Under the agreement, Davinci Foundation expects TOWB Music to become an outpost to expanding Davinci’s ecosystem into America, Europe and other regions using their services and marketing resources.

TOWB Music headquartered in Orlando, FL is the World’s First Originated “Blind Music Competition” based, audio distribution platform that has auto-share algorithms. They are expanding their service into South America, Europe and Asia. TOWB Music is suggesting to musicians worldwide a new copyright payment system using the blockchain technology and planning a successful ICO by working with Davinci Foundation who has a strong advisory board of blockchain experts and industry leaders.

Seungjae Han, CEO of Davinci Foundation said that

“Davinci Foundation will seek different ways to mutually benefit with TOWB Music, who has a very interesting and fair business model about music”and added “I, hope to see many different companies in a variety of fields to join Davinci’s platform.”

TOWB Music CEO, Eric Sim said that

“I believe that when the Global Digital Music market meets Blockchain technology, we can present a new payment system for copyright to musicians worldwide. Also, I feel confident that both companies can establish a new system of copyright payment to succeed in our ICO launch.”
