Global Onchain Summit:- In a major announcement, Global Onchain Summit Singapore 2026 has confirmed Chetan Karkhanis as a featured speaker for its inaugural edition. Chetan is a Senior Vice President at the leading tradfi giant Franklin Templeton.

The summit will take place in Singapore on October 6. It is organized by CoinGape, one of the leading media in digital assets space with millions of readers worldwide.

Who Is Global Onchain Summit’s Speaker, Franklin SVP Chetan Karkhanis?

Based in Singapore, Chetan Karkhanis currently serves as Senior Vice President at Franklin Templeton. In his role, he leads Franklin Innovation Research Strategies and Technologies (FIRST) initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.

His work focuses heavily on digital assets, tokenization, and next-generation wealth solutions. He also leads commercial efforts related to digital asset products while working closely with regulators, and institutional clients.

Over his 12-year tenure at Franklin Templeton, Karkhanis has held several leadership positions. Before taking on his current role, he also served as Senior Product Management Lead for APAC.

Prior to that, he was Head of Corporate Strategy. There he worked directly with senior leadership on strategic planning, fintech innovation, and long-term growth initiatives.

His experience across strategy, product development, and digital assets has made him one of the key voices of Coingape-powered Global Onchain Summit.
