Although the SEC suggested that Blackrock refile the same, it remains to be seen if and when the decision is made, as we head to the election year 2024 in the US. In this context, the Ripple Vs SEC lawsuit has its own significance as it holds the key to whether most of the altcoins qualify as securities or not.
