Day by Day Play of the Event

The event took place on November 4 and November 5, and it began with the Forum opening with “Chains of Change”, which was an invite-only leadership day focusing on governance, digital public infrastructure, and cross-sector partnerships.

The second day was focused on the BGAwards, which included the SDG Blockchain Accelerator Showcase, organized by UNDP AltFinLab, and put a spotlight on notable blockchain projects attempting to address real-world challenges when it comes to financial inclusion, sustainability, and digital trust.

The BGAwards officially were the first of their kind and were noted as the world’s first major convention fully geared towards highlighting blockchain’s ability to drive positive global impact.
