EIR – Operations role – Crypto & Web3

About the Role:

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, AI-first content leader with a deep interest in crypto and a sharp sense of social media trends. You’ll be responsible for creating and optimizing killer content strategies across platforms like Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, and more.

You’ll own content pipelines, lead a team, and work closely with the founders to shape our brand’s voice and growth. This is a high-ownership, creative-meets-technical role for someone who breathes social media, analytics, and AI tools.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the content creation process end-to-end across social channels (Telegram, YouTube, Instagram)
• Lead and coordinate a team of 5–10 designers, writers, and content creators
• Develop high-converting content aligned with marketing/sales funnels (graphics, copy, scripts, CTAs)
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to streamline creative workflows
• Analyze platform data and audience insights to refine strategies
• Handle or co-own 1–2 core functions such as graphic creation, scripting, or account handling
• Ensure smooth team operations and collaborate directly with founders
• Stay updated on crypto trends, Twitter narratives, meme culture, and community movements

Drive innovation and efficiency through automation, templates, and AI-enhanced systems

Requirements:

• 1year  –  3+ years (Preferred in Crypto/Tech/AI)
• Proven experience in content marketing or social media management, preferably in Web3, fintech, or media
• Deep understanding of Telegram, YouTube, Instagram platforms and their algorithms
• Data-driven mindset: Comfortable using analytics tools to make decisions
• Strong hold on marketing funnels and conversion optimization strategies
• Ability to think like a creator, strategist, and project manager
• Prior experience leading or managing creative teams is a must
• Avid AI tools user with a hunger to experiment and adapt
• Passionate about crypto, decentralization, and digital narratives
• Entrepreneurial spirit: takes ownership, moves fast, and builds scalable systems

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Notion AI, etc.)
• Background in design, video editing, or community management
• Exposure to Web3 communities, DAOs, or crypto publications
