About Block of Fame

Block of Fame is a premium vertical by CoinGape Media that celebrates the achievements of leaders, brands, and innovators shaping the future of blockchain and Web3. Through print, digital, and event-integrated platforms, it connects global audiences with the most influential voices in the crypto and blockchain ecosystem.

Role Objective

Drive brand collaborations, advertising revenue, and editorial partnerships across print, digital, and event-integrated initiatives for Block of Fame magazine.

 

Industry Preference: Media, Advertising, Events, or Web3/Crypto

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Achieve defined revenue targets through direct sales of magazine placements, brand features, and integrated advertising packages. 
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline with at least 3x target value in qualified opportunities at all times. 
  • Client Acquisition: Acquire and onboard new B2B clients each quarter to ensure consistent business growth. 
  • Proposal Development: Create customized proposals aligning with client objectives such as visibility, credibility, and event association, ensuring a 25–30% conversion rate. 
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and editorial teams to identify and develop new monetizable opportunities. 
  • Relationship Management: Use structured follow-ups, personalized outreach, and consistent touchpoints to nurture leads and close deals effectively. 
  • Strategic Partnerships: Initiate and manage collaborations with agencies, data platforms, and PR firms to enhance deal flow and brand presence.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years experience in B2B Media Sales, Brand Partnerships, or Advertising 
  • Proven experience in B2B media sales, brand partnerships, or advertising sales.
  • Strong understanding of marketing communications, sponsorship sales, and client relationship management. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Experience with digital media, magazines, or event-driven campaigns preferred. 
  • Familiarity with the Web3, blockchain, or fintech ecosystem is a strong advantage.
