Responsibilities:

• Prospecting: identifying potential leads in the target market.
• Create compelling proposals and closing the sales deal with direct advertisers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and credibility.
• Sell various advertisement options including banners, native advertising, branded content, and sponsorship ads.
• Generate new ideas for seasonal sales campaigns to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Update media kits and create customized marketing packages for clients.
• Prepare sample advertisements to showcase the potential value for clients.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively, employing psychological deal framing techniques when necessary.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of the business fundamentals and industry trends related to the crypto industry.

Skills:

• Excellent business analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and networking abilities.
• Established network and should have contacts of crypto projects. 
• Proficient in various communication modes such as Email, Telegram, and Discord.
• Familiarity with key advertising metrics and terms like CPM, CPC, and Display Selling.
• Sound knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
