Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable, high-performance UI layouts for large content-driven websites. 
• Create visually consistent article templates, category pages, and navigation systems suitable for heavy publishing platforms. 
• Build rapid prototypes on Figma for desktop and mobile to visualize and iterate on new product ideas. 
• Collaborate with SEO, Editorial, and Growth teams to prioritize on-page elements that impact visibility and engagement. 
• Work closely with UX designers and user researchers to convert user insights into intuitive and engaging designs. 
• Partner with front-end developers to ensure smooth implementation of responsive and optimized designs across devices. 
• Continuously monitor and apply UI trends from global news and crypto media websites. 
• Knowledge of motion graphics and micro-interactions is an added advantage.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a UI Visual Designer, preferably in digital media, publishing, or large-scale news/product platforms. 
• Proven experience designing for high-traffic websites with complex information architecture. 
• Expertise in Figma and other design/prototyping tools. 
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles. 
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (SEO, Editorial, Product, Development). 
• Awareness of Google Discover and Search-friendly design guidelines is a plus. 
• Ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
