Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Sales and SEO teams to create responsive UI mockups that align with business goals. Translate ideas from managers into interactive prototypes rapidly. Closely monitor competitors for emerging features, UI patterns, and design innovations. Stay updated with Google’s Search and Discover guidelines to ensure designs are compliant. Suggest creative design ideas that support sales and marketing strategies. Design for different audience segments (e.g., newsletter subscribers, long-form readers, short-form readers). Optimize designs to reduce bounce rates and increase user time-on-site. Identify features or scenarios for A/B testing and analyze outcomes. Use analytics tools to make data-backed design decisions. Work on designs for mobile apps. Bring designs to life using tools like Rive and Spline. Deliver development-ready assets for seamless integration. Requirements Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma). Strong understanding of responsive design principles. Familiarity with Google Search and Discover design guidelines. Experience in using Rive, Spline, or similar motion/3D design tools is a plus. Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
