Crypto Market News Today Live Updates and Latest News: (18 February 2023): Paul Pierce, a former NBA player and star for the Boston Celtics, has agreed to pay $1.4 million to resolve claims that he promoted a cryptocurrency token without revealing that he was paid for the advertisements. In addition, Pierce was charged with spreading false information regarding the EthereumMax (EMAX) coin. The EMAX tokens are digital asset security that EthereumMax offers and sells; during the afternoon trading, each token fell by more than 8% to a mere cent.
