The top crypto prices extended gains as the Bitcoin (BTC) price sustained above the $71,000 level. In addition, the Ethereum price gained notably inched closer to the $3,700 mark. Meanwhile, other top altcoins, such as XRP and Cardano (ADA), Solana (SOL) witnessed a hike in value.
The Bitcoin price was up by 2.67% reaching $71,229.57 at the time of writing on Tuesday, April 9. On the other hand, it’s trading volume spiked 88.82% to $38.81 billion in the last 24 hours. Whilst, the crypto held a market capitalization of $1.40 trillion.
Turning to altcoins, the Ethereum price surged by 8.16% to $3,697.79 at press time with a market valuation of $443.98 billion. Whilst, ETH saw its trading volume skyrocket by 106.27%, reaching $20.92 billion. Meanwhile, the Binance Coin (BNB) price gained 0.17%, reaching $582.07. In addition, its 24-hour trade increased soared by 40.83% to $1.93 billion.
The Solana price continued trading below the $180 mark despite the rebound today. The Solana price was up by 0.92%, settling at $177.93. In addition, SOL witnessed a 52.14%% surge in trade volume to $2.69 billion in the last 24 hours. Whilst, the XRP price soared beyond the $0.61 level. The XRP price recorded a gain of 4.02%, reaching $0.6164. On the other hand, XRP’s trading volume surged 114.61% to $2.04 billion.
Meanwhile, the Cardano price rallied 4.97% to $0.6109 today. Whilst, ADA recorded a 46.28% hike in its 24-hour trading volume, settling at $453.10 million. As the top crypto prices experienced a recovery, the meme coin arena followed. The Dogecoin price was up by 0.09% to $0.1998 while its rival, Shiba Inu price gained by 2.38% and traded at $0.00002874.

The Pepe Coin (PEPE) crypto, a popular Solana meme coin, rebounded massively today. At press time, the Pepe Coin price was up by 5.36% to $0.0000077 with a market valuation of $3.24 billion. In addition, the 24-hour trade volume for PEPE soared by 26.86% to $656.56 million.
Toncoin (TON), the native token of Telegram, recorded an impeccable rally of over 27% and ranked as the top crypto gainer today. The TON price was up by 27.12% to $6.88 at the time of reporting. Moreover, its trade volume skyrocketed by a whopping 567.69% and stood at $673.07 million. Furthermore, the Toncoin crypto recorded a fresh all-time high of $6.93 amid the rally today.
