Elon Musk Plans to Launch Grok 2 And Grok 3

Commenting on cleaning the large language model datasets for training AI bot, billionaire Elon Musk revealed the Grok 2 by xAI will be launched in August. He further revealed that Grok 3 will be released by the end of the year.

Musk said training AI chatbots requires datasets and a lot of work is done on purging large language model (LMM) from available data. He hints at several issues with training on the model outputs of OpenAI, and large improvement on the datasets for upcoming Grok version.

“Sadly quite true. It takes a lot of work to purge LLMs from the Internet training data. Grok 2, which comes out in August, will be a giant improvement in this regard,” Musk said.

Grok 3 is expected by the end of the year after training on 100k Nvidia H100 GPUs, revealed Elon Musk. In addition, Grok 3 will have the potential to surpass current AI benchmarks and truly capture the imagination of AI enthusiasts worldwide.
