Just-In: Binance Launchpad Announces Arkham Intelligence (ARKM) Token Sale
Binance, one of the leading cryptocurrency exchanges, has unveiled exciting news for crypto community with the announcement of its 32nd project on Binance Launchpad: Arkham (ARKM). This highly anticipated project aims to revolutionize the digital asset space with its innovative token sale format and promising features.
Binance Launches Arkham Token Sale
Binance Launchpad consists of projects that conducted an Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) via Binance Launchpad, a crypto crowdfunding platform for users to support projects through the exchange at an early stage. With projects like MATIC, Axie Infinity, Sandbox, Binance will now add Arkham Intelligence to its list.

Arkham’s token sale on Binance Launchpad will follow the popular subscription format, offering users the opportunity to acquire ARKM tokens. The token sale will have a launchpad hard cap of $2,500,000 USD, and a hard cap per user set at $15,000 USD.
The total token supply for Arkham stands at 1,000,000,000 ARKM, with 50,000,000 ARKM (5% of total supply) allocated to Binance Launchpad. During the public sale, the token price will be set at 1 ARKM = $0.05 USD.
Token Sale Timeline
Preparation Period (2023-07-11 to 2023-07-17): During this phase, Binance will calculate users’ BNB balances through hourly snapshots over six days. The average daily BNB balance across this period will determine the maximum amount of BNB that users can commit in the subsequent stages.
Subscription Period (2023-07-17 06:00 to 2023-07-18 06:00): The subscription period opens for all eligible users, providing a 24-hour window to commit their BNB. To participate, users must sign the Token Purchase Agreement before locking their BNB.
Calculation Period (2023-07-18 06:00 to 2023-07-18 07:00): Following the closure of the subscription period, Binance will initiate the token allocation calculation process.
Final Token Distribution (2023-07-18 07:00): To calculate each user’s final token allocation and deduct the corresponding BNB amount from their locked BNB balance. The allocated ARKM tokens, as well as the remaining BNB, will then be transferred to the user’s spot wallet.
