XRP Price Surge Ahead? Whales Caught Moving Millions Of XRP

XRP News: Whales are moving all in on XRP by transferring millions of tokens over the past 24 hours. On February 24th, four different whales transferred nearly 240 million tokens worth a staggering $92.3 million in a day. In addition to this, the 100 biggest BSC whales also reported massive XRP tokens holdings. As per the official WhaleStats website stats, these top 100 whales hold more than 70 million XRP, currently valued at $27.9 million.

Ripple Giants Shift Millions of XRP

According to Whale Alert, a popular crypto tracking platform, four different whales have transferred millions worth of XRP tokens in which the biggest transaction was of 134,999,900 XRP (worth $52,770,647) from a private wallet address to other different and unknown wallet addresses.

The tracking service shared that the second transaction of 42,000,000 XRP (worth $16,508,007) was made from a Bitso-linked wallet to an anonymous crypto address not affiliated with any crypto exchange.

Additionally, 33,000,000 XRP (worth $12,739,024) were transferred from an unknown wallet to Bitstamp exchange, and 27,000,000 XRP tokens (worth $10,647,629) were moved from Upbit to an anonymous address. Read more XRP News here…

According to figures from WhaleStats, the top 100 BSC whales are currently holding $27,996,496 worth of XRP tokens. This holding represents 2.38% of the total cumulative bag of these whales and puts the token on the top 10 list of largest single holdings. Moreover, XRP is not included on the top 10 list of most sold tokens, indicating that the investors are choosing to retain their bags.

At the time of writing, the XRP price was hovering around $0.3891, indicating a drop of 1.40% over the past 24 hours. The one-day trading volume for the token is $853,699,407. According to CoinMarketCap, XRP ranks in the 6th position in terms of market capitalization, which is currently at $19.82 billion.
