With Tron MainNet launch just around the corner, TRX coin is declining pretty fast along with the majority of the cryptocurrencies. However, Tron is at the top of its game with the announcement of token migration support from largest crypto exchange Okex and adding IBM’s technical engineer to its growing team.
The crypto market is experiencing serious dump as within hours billions have been lost. The entire market is feeling the blues which could be from a number of reasons including regulatory, crypto trading ban by exchanges and others.
Bitcoin is down to $7,230 price level while Ethereum is down by 7.45 percent at $534. Bitcoin Cash is down at $924 while Ripple has taken a reverse to $0.57 with a decline of 7.96 and 5.52 percent respectively. Other cryptos like EOS, Cardano, and Stellar among others all down by several percentages as well.
Tron is currently at $0.06 price value while registering the loss of 11.90 percent in the last 24-hours.
With its MainNet launch coming up, Tron is losing its value with each passing day. Big developments like MainNet launch is expected to take the prices of cryptos sky high. But given the current market scenario, it is yet to be seen the level Tron would achieve with this launch.
Despite a declining market, Tron is a hot trend in the market with its continuous developments. The latest one is the support from OKEX exchange for TRON blockchain upgrade and its token migration.
Okex is the world’s top cryptocurrency exchange by 24-hour trading volume as per Coinmarketcap. At the time of writing, it has been managing the trading volume of about $1.40 billion.
Tron’s extremely active founder Justin Sun took to Twitter to share the news. According to the official Medium update,
“Investors only need to deposit TRX’s ERC-20 tokens to OKEX before late June, 2018 (UTC+8) and will receive the equivalent TRX token after mainnet launch.”

Justin Sun also announced that the former Technical Engineer of IBM Taihao Fu has joined the Tron team. Fu shared his excitement with:
“I really like the atmosphere of TRON, for TRON gathers plenty of talents here and is doing something really amazing.”
In the medium blog, Sun talked about his confidence in upcoming Tron MainNet launch by stating:
“Although the system of TRON becomes mature at the present stage, it is still necessary to move forward steadily. TRON’s constant introduction of talents is to enable the entire team to solve problems arising from the R&D process and keep innovating. We have great confidence in the upcoming mainnet launch and we believe that we will provide TRON supporters with a perfect answer. Please wait and see!”
Tron community is super excited about the launch and the market is also eagerly awaiting this new development and how it will affect TRX price.
