Ardana has become somewhat of an expert in the field of fundraising, through multiple IDOs, a massively successful public token sale and now the latest in innovative ways to raise funds, while rewarding the loyalty of its supporters with an ISPO.

Ardana’s ISPO allows users to stake their DANA through the Ardana Stake Pool Alliance (ASPA) partners. This alliance is built of laser-targeted stake pools and the Ardana decentralized stablecoin ecosystem.

Unlike typical ICOs, which raise funds for projects by giving investors a stake in the project by receiving tokens, ISPOs mark a project’s stability and intention for long term performance by rewarding those staking their tokens in investment pools over the longer term. The longer a person keeps their holdings in the Initial Stake Pool, the bigger rewards they can expect to generate. However, this does not rule out those looking for short term gains either.

Cardano’s First Stablecoin DEX

Ardana is well known for its association with the Cardano blockchain, it was indeed the first stablecoin DeFi app to host there and has reaped the results over that time. The ecosystem is built from its stablecoin hub which consists of secure vaults, which allows users to mint stablecoins. It also allows users to store coins inside its vaults in return for generous rewards by way of passive yield.

Users of the Ardana DEX may also lend and earn. What sets Ardana apart is the stablecoin facet of the product. Stablecoins, unlike many cryptos, tend to show stable performance over time as they are associated with traditional assets like the USD. Users can borrow stablecoins against locked collateral, users holdings preserve value all while taking advantage of Cardano’s inherent speed, reasonable gas price and security. All of this is powered by its own versatile utility token the DANA.

The Backbone of Ardana – SPOs

According to Ardana,

“Stake pool operators (SPOs) are absolutely critical to the Cardano ecosystem. They all make it possible for community members to support the network, generate yield on their ADA, and for important causes to receive support. We at Ardana think they are exactly the kind of partners that we want to work with us in creating sustainable DeFi that finally delivers on the promise of equity and access from the farmer to the broker.”

This goes to explain why Ardana has opted to use ISPOs as a way to reward long term dedication and loyalty within the ecosystem to ASPA member pools.

According to Ardana, patient delegators “can expect a higher rate of incentives as a reward for their loyalty.” As an example, a person delegating “for 5 epochs may earn something like X DANA per epoch, whereas delegating for 20 epochs may earn 1.15X DANA per epoch.”

The goal is to nurture long term engagement by accumulating rewards on an ongoing basis.
