Key Responsibilities:

Conducting in-depth research and analysis of cryptocurrency markets, including fundamental, on-chain, and technical analysis;
Help team monitor crypto markets for moves, headline and storify notable moves.
Build a network of sources and conduct interviews to produce exclusive insights on cryptocurrency markets and market structure.
Pay attention to global macroeconomic trends as well as mainstream finance to find the crypto angle.
Write concise, sophisticated breaking news pieces and features with a voice. The pieces will not only explain what happened but ideally will tell the reader why it matters and how it fits in with the overall picture.
Write or contribute to daily market updates, working hand-in-glove with market teams in other regions.
Occasionally write spot news to help out to ensure comprehensive news coverage.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to source and interpret complex data and trends;
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and DeFi;
The ability to write long-form research about complex narratives and ideas in a way that is clear, cohesive, accurate, and can be understood by a broad audience;
Familiarity with all of the tools in the industry that are available to support you in the research process;
Write SEO Based content so that your article gets more traction and ranks on search engines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience in market analysis, particularly within the cryptocurrency sector.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and DeFi.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published work.
Ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging narratives.
Familiarity with research tools and analytics platforms in the cryptocurrency industry.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for content creation.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
