Crypto Bulls Excited, Altcoins Making Remarkable Gains
Altcoins are making substantial gains as the crypto market goes green. This has the BTC dominance take a dip while total market cap takes a surge while top cryptocurrencies are onto a good start.
Altcoins on a hike
Crypto market is yet again in the greens. Though Bitcoin is also up by about 2 percent, altcoins are making significant gains leading the bull rally this time. This has the BTC dominance taking a drop to 52.2 percent.
Among the entire cryptocurrency market, only a few of the cryptos are in the red namely RChain with the highest loss of about 4.30 percent. Cryptos in red are followed by IOST, Chainlink, Quash, Horizen, and Dogecoin with up to 2 percent losses.
Now, taking a look at the gainers, the market is fairing really well, as the total market cap takes a hike and reaches over $216 billion.

Top gainers: XET, ETN & XRP
Today’s top gainer is Eternal Token (XET) of 79th rank surging by over 87 percent at $1.27 with the daily trading volume at just about $730,000.
It is followed by 52nd position holder Electroneum (ETN) which is up by more than 25 percent at $0.0149 with a daily trading volume of $1.75 million.
The third cryptocurrency with the highest gains is XRP which briefly but yet again has captured the 2nd position, at $0.561 while seeing a spike in its 24-hour trading volume that reaches over $2 billion.

Top cryptos making steady gains
Out of the top cryptocurrencies, XRP is hands down the best performing coin with over 22 percent gains.
The next biggest gainer among the top altcoins is Stellar (XLM), XRP’s competitor, created by Jed McCaleb who is also the co-founder of Ripple and recently has been involved in XRP sell-off. Though XLM is up by more than 7 percent, at 6th position, it still has a long way to go.

- Cardano (ADA) is up over 6 percent while IOTA (MIOTA) is close to 6 percent up.
- Meanwhile, EOS, Tron (TRX), NEO, and Ethereum Classic (ETH) are holding the gains by about 4 percent.
- Ethereum is up by 3.64% at $217.64 while Monero (XMR) is registering gains of about 2% at $115.93
With the way the crypto market is currently experiencing the gains, it can be expected that greens are going to take the market higher.
