Crypto Prices Today: Bitcoin Closer To $68K, ETH, XRP, PEPE Gain As SHIB Soars 68%

The top crypto prices today suggest a bullish sentiment as the Bitcoin (BTC) price neared the $68,000 level while other altcoins gained significantly. In addition, the Ethereum price inched closer to the $3,700 mark. Meanwhile, other top altcoins, such as Solana (SOL), XRP, Cardano (ADA) witnessed a notable price hike.
Major Crypto Prices Today
The Bitcoin price strongly sustained above $67,000. The Bitcoin price was up by 5.99%, reaching $67,414.65 at the time of writing on Tuesday, March 5. On the other hand, it’s trading volume spiked by 107.04% to $71.35 billion in the last 24 hours. Meanwhile, the crypto boasted a market cap of $1.35 trillion.
Looking at altcoins, the Ethereum price surged 5.72% to $3,683.19 at press time with a market valuation of $442 billion. Whilst, ETH saw its trading volume surge by 80.87%, reaching $28.94 billion. Meanwhile, the Binance Coin (BNB) price increased by 2.07%, reaching $423.61. In addition, its 24-hour trade volume rose by 19.34% to $2.30 billion.
The Solana price attained the $130 level again. The Solana price was down by 0.30%, settling at $130.17. In addition, SOL witnessed a 44.16% surge in trade volume to $4.71 billion in the last 24 hours. Whilst, the XRP price extended above $0.64 level owing to the recent rebound. The XRP price recorded a gain of 1.34%, settling at $0.6403. Moreover, XRP’s trading volume spiked by 90.55% to $4.21 billion.
Meanwhile, the Cardano price recorded a hike of 1.99% to $0.7617 today. Whilst, ADA recorded a massive 50.23% gain in its 24-hour trading volume, settling at $1.62 billion. As the top crypto prices witnessed gains, the meme coin space was also followed. The Dogecoin price soared by 18.70% to $0.1851 while its rival, Shiba Inu price soared by a huge 68.27% in value and traded at $0.00003834.

Pepe Coin Extends Gains
The Pepe Coin (PEPE) crypto, a trending meme coin, gained significantly. At press time, the Pepe Coin price soared by 8.87% to $0.000007115 with a market valuation of $2.98 billion. In addition, its 24-hour trade volume surged by 42.79% to $4.17 billion.
eCash Surges 62%
The eCash (XEC) crypto registered a phenomenal surge of over 62% and ranked as one of the top crypto gainers today. The Bonk price soared by 62.52% to $0.00007124 at the time of reporting. Moreover, its trade volume skyrocketed by a whopping 1948.20% to $1.28 billion. Furthermore, the eCash crypto attained a high of $0.00008649 amid the rally today.
