Musk And Yaccarino Disclose X’s Upcoming Business

Owner Elon Musk and Chief Executive Officer Linda Yaccarino called out YouTube and LinkedIn as future competitors during an internal meeting, reported Bloomberg on October 27.

Musk and Yaccarino also revealed a plan to have a news wire service called XWire that would rival Cision PR Newswire. X is already known as the platform to develop and discuss news first. The crypto community is mostly available on Twitter, now X.

While it’s unclear what X’s YouTube, LinkedIn, and PR Newswire competitive business will look like and what new features it will encompass, the users are eager to use it.

Yaccarino’s appointment in May this year was also a strategic move to focus on advertising and partnerships. Since then, X has moved forward in advertising and building new partnerships. The move came after advertisers fled the platform as Musk fired most of the social platform’s executives.
