Lunc News: Popular Terra Luna Classic validator brings a proposal to repeal 11889 pay-per-job proposal as it turns out to be hindering developments on the chain. A stalemate between Terra Luna Classic validators blocked a proposal for the L1TF core security upgrade package as validators including Allnodes claimed it violates the pay-per-proposal.
Terra Classic Proposal To Repeal Pay-Per-Job
Proposal 12013 “Repeal Proposal 11889 PPJ” by validator LuncLive is up for voting on Station wallet and the deadline for the proposal is February 5. It aims to repeal pay-per-job and governance-ruled job proposal believing that it caused much uncertainty and confusion amongst the community, builders, and validators.
As per the proposal, 11889 has been interpreted in a binary manner, leading to contrasting perspectives among validators and halted development and progress. It also recommends coming up with a revised pay-per-job version. Meanwhile, it is essential to repeal the proposal for continuing operations and decision-making processes.
“LUNC army due to recent events and uncertainties involving proposal #11889 Pay-per-job and governance- ruled job list, the Luncliveorg validator has submitted proposal #12013 to repeal this prop until a more suitable, and restructured alternative has been created,” Mr Diamondhandz1 said host of Luncliveorg.
During the initial voting, the proposal received 25% “Yes”, 1% “No”, 46% “No with veto”, and 28% “Abstain” votes. The high number of No with veto votes indicates the community doesn’t want similar proposals in the future.

LUNC price fell over 1% in the last 24 hours, with the price currently trading at $0.00009779. The 24-hour high and low are $0.0000983 and $0.0001017, respectively. Moreover, trading volume has decreased by 18% in the last 24 hours.
Meanwhile, USTC price dropped 2% in the last 24 hours, with the price currently trading at $0.0257. The 24-hour low and high of $0.0256 and $0.0265, respectively.
