President Joe Biden has exuded so much confidence about remaining in the race for the 2024 United States elections. Unfortunately, it may not go according to his plan as Galaxy Digital CEO Mike Novogratz is predicting.
Odds of Biden Dropping Out of Presidential Race Surge
Mike Novogratz believes there is no path forward for the 46th United States President in the upcoming elections. He highlighted the requests of Democratic party leaders for Biden to step down from the race. As a result, Novogratz is optimistic that Biden will withdraw his interest to run against Republican Candidate Donald Trump in the presidential race within the next 72 hours.

Also, data from the prediction market Polymarket shows that the chances of Joe Biden dropping out have risen to more than 80%. Just three days ago, it was at 33%.
It is not certain how this will pan out in reality considering that Biden has earlier made a statement about his commitment to remain in the race. He sent a letter to his fellow Democrats on Capitol Hill amidst numerous speculations about him dropping from the race. In his opinion, he is the best person to beat Donald Trump in the November 2024 election.
Is President Joe Biden Sick?
More recently, Biden was asked in an interview if there was anything that could make him reconsider re-running for the office of the U.S. president. In response to this question, he claimed he would consider dropping out of the presidential race if hiss health fails him.
Seeing that Dr. Kevin O’Connor, the White House Physician certified him fit in February, it did not appear that medical concerns would be the basis for Biden to drop out of the race.
Precisely, Mr. Biden is “a healthy, active, robust, 81-year-old male who remains fit to successfully execute the duties of the presidency,” Dr. O’Connor wrote.
Noteworthy, the result from Polymarket prediction was due to Biden’s age and his recent Covid-19 diagnosis. His poor performance in the last debate has caused Democrats leaders including Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer to show concerns. There are fears that Biden is suffering from dementia, believed to have reflected in his unclear and fragmented responses during the debate with Trump.
