The JD. Vance to Visit Ohio And Virginia

The New York Times reported, Vance will campaign solo as the Republican vice-presidential nominee for the upcoming 2024 election.

He is scheduled to have two events which will commence on Monday, one in Ohio and the other in Virginia. Vance would be returning to give his campaign speech at Middletown High School in Southwest Ohio where he graduated in 2003. Thereafter, he would head towards Radford University in southwest Virginia to address his supporters.

Markedly, this is the beginning of a freshly upended race for the White House. The Senator is a 39-year old man who turns 40 next week. This makes him one of the youngest Americans to be nominated for the Vice Presidential ticket. Vance’s first elected office was from last year but his intriguing nature placed him in the race alongside 78-year-old Donald Trump.

The announcement about his solo campaign comes less than 24 hours after President Joe Biden dropped out of the race. It is worth noting that Vance was one of those who sought the resignation of Joe Biden.

The Bitcoin and Crypto Tie Breaker

Biden officially announced that he will not be seeking re-election on July 21. This was after several Democrat leaders reportedly pulled support from him. Biden did not ascertain the main reasons for pulling back but emphasized that it was in his party’s interest that he takes this step.

With his exit from the race, Sen. Vance’s performance is likely to draw the attention of many Americans. The Republicans may have to redirect their focus to Vice President Kamala Harris who Biden endorsed, disappointing those who thought he would chose Hillary Clinton. During Vance’s first speech with Trump on Wednesday at the Republican National Convention, he hardly talked about Harris. Most of his jabs were thrown at Biden who he said has been involved in politics even before he was born.

Away from the politics, crypto enthusiasts are waiting to see his Bitcoin policy plans. With Donald Trump known as an advocate for the industry, JD Vance’s profile as a BTC HODLer might further endear him to the industry as a whole.
