Today, July 12, the firm announced that it is revolutionizing LAND buying and purchasing within its marketplace. LAND refers to a virtual piece of land, an asset that users can customize and monetize according to their own needs. This mover has further enhanced user appeal for the Web3 marketplace and is expected to draw users from across the globe.
LAND Buying & Selling On The Sandbox Easier Than Ever
Notably, buying and selling LAND on one of the best Metaverse games just got a whole lot easier for users. LAND-related transactions are now possible directly on the platform’s official website, offering users a seamless experience.
Furthermore, the project has announced a welcome change: zero transaction fees on listing LAND for the next two months. This not only enhances user appeal but also eliminates the need for users to navigate via a third-party app like OpenSea to buy or sell LAND.
Users can list LAND directly by clicking on the LAND card in their inventory, selecting a piece on the map, and setting the required price details. On the other hand, users need to go to the map section to buy LAND as well.

The Sandbox is one of the best Metaverse games in the Web3 space, flaunting the native token SAND. As of writing, the SAND price traded at $0.2978, down 3.57% over the past day. Its 24-hour bottoms and tops were $0.2966 and $0.3101, respectively.
