Twitter Undergoing New Changes
Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter has ushered in a new era for the social media site. Days after completing the $44 billion buyout of the microblogging site, Elon Musk revealed that the blue-tick verification on Twitter will cost users $8 per month, as he looks to create an income stream.
Paywall bypass, priority in answers, mentions, and searches, as well as the option to publish lengthy audio and video, are all included with the $8 monthly fee. However, his major victory lies in the promise of getting rid of bots & spammers from Twitter. Because according to Musk, this new verification system will completely obliterate them.
