XRP News: The global crypto industry is waiting for the crucial verdict in a legal tussle between U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Ripple Labs. It is expected that a summary judgment in the XRP lawsuit will lead the market toward regulatory clarity. However, Ripple in its Q1 published report mentioned the expected end date of the US SEC and Ripple Lawsuit.

Verdict in Ripple Case To Come Out Soon?

As per Ripple’s Q1 report, the court issued 57 page opinion leading to a summary judgment in the US SEC Vs Ripple’s case. It mentioned which expert opinion will make it to the case endings. However, a Trial is expected in the case.

Ripple highlighted that a US SEC’s expert testimony based on the “reasonable expectation of an XRP purchaser was set aside by the Court. However, the commission’s expert advice in attempting to determine what caused the price of XRP to change was denied by the court. Read More XRP News Here…

It is important to note that Ripple Labs and other defendants are expecting a decision on the summary Judgment to come out by the end of 2023. However, Brad Garlinghouse, CEO of Ripple earlier stated that he is optimistic of getting a ruling in the first half of this year.
