- UAE-based Zeebu partners with four global telecom partners.
- The partners include BBT Voice Limited, Broadband Telecom Inc., BridgeVoice Inc. and Novatel.
- The partnership marks a new era of blockchain-driven settlement solutions in the global telecom carrier industry.
United Arab Emirates (UAE) headquartered blockchain settlements solution firm Zeebu is collaborating with four global telecom carriers namely BridgeVoice Inc., Broadband Telecom Inc., Slovenia’s Novatel and BBT Voice Limited. According to a statement, released Monday, the partnership aims to integrate Zeebu’s blockchain-based B2B settlement solutions and its native utility token with the partners to enhance transactions and settlements across the telecom carrier industry.
This collaboration will lead to hundreds of thousands of extra transactions being completed while reducing operational costs drastically. This opens up Zeebu to the world, making the blockchain firm a force to reckon with within the global telecom carrier industry. Notwithstanding, Zeebu will also improve transparency and trust in the industry, allowing multiple global telecom carriers to transact with each other seamlessly and cost-efficiently.
“The power of blockchain technology lies not just in its ability to facilitate transactions but in its capacity to foster trust and transparency. We are sure Zeebu’s partnerships with key telecom leaders will usher in a new era of innovation and growth.” – said Raj Brahmbhatt, Founder & CEO, Zeebu. “We look forward to working with our partners to create lasting value and drive sustainable growth for years.”
Zeebu welcomes four new global telecom carriers to its network
The announcement confirms that Zeebu is welcoming BridgeVoice Inc., Broadband Telecom Inc., Slovenia’s Novatel and BBT Voice Limited to its wide network of settlement solutions. The collaboration will allow the telecom carriers to leverage the Zeebu token, the native loyalty and utility token, to enhance their cross-border payments and improve their profitability by reducing transaction costs.
Broadband Telecom Inc.’s Chief Growth Officer of Broadband Telecom Services, Nakul Rege expects the collaboration with Zeebu to provide a more dynamic platform going into the future.
“Telecommunications is an incredibly dynamic and rapidly evolving field, and keeping up with the latest technologies, trends, and customer demands can be challenging,” Rege said. “ Zeebu’s blockchain platform will drive innovation, expand our reach, and deliver exceptional customer value.”
Zeebu’s blockchain aims to provide ready and easy-to-implement solutions for the global telecom carrier industry including transactions and settlements. The platform also tackles several challenges affecting the industry including security threats, rising and complex costs between intermediaries, and remittance delays. Via Zeebu, global telecom carriers can transact almost instantly across borders and leverage enterprise-grade security to protect against cyber attacks and fraud.
BBT Voice Limited, a company with over 400 interconnections across several cities including in the UK, India, Armenia, and Ukraine, is expected to heavily benefit from the latest partnership. CEO Rahul Sharma believes Zeebu’s partnership will mark a “cornerstone moment” for the company.
“We are confident that with our combined strength, we will construct remarkable achievements in the blockchain industry. We are sure the platform will deliver on its promises of transparency and trust,” he added.
BridgeVoice Inc.’s Chief Revenue Officer, Nickey Peshwani believes Zeebu is the perfect match, given its blockchain-based solutions and its previous connection in the telecom carrier industry. BridgeVoice Inc. has made a name as a global telecom carrier providing retail and wholesale VoIP termination services. Additionally, it also provides an online platform called “BridgeVoice Pluto” for trading and settlement of wholesale interconnect voice and SMS services, providing carriers with access to a range of alternative network operators.
“Zeebu is the first blockchain-powered telecom loyalty platform for wholesale voice business and will enable instant settlements anywhere in the world,” Peshwani said. “With its secure, rewards-based payments ecosystem, we’re confident it’s going to boost margins for every industry player.”
Finally, Jernej Kenda, CEO of Novatel, one of Slovenia’s leading mobile virtual network operators, said:
“We can’t wait to get started with Zeebu. It will be a game-changer for settlements in the telecom carrier industry, with its powerful utility delivering tangible value for all network participants.”
Zeebu targets more B2B industries
By leveraging blockchain technology and smart contracts, Zeebu provides global telecom carriers with more than efficient transactions and settlements. Zeebu partners will be able to enjoy a trustless, transparent, and more efficient ecosystem to complete transactions around the globe.
Earlier this month, Zeebu announced the launch of the world’s first end-to-end loyalty and utility token for global telecom carriers. Zeebu tokens eliminate the need for conventional banking channels and intermediaries, making cross-border transactions fast and seamless.
In the future, Zeebu plans to extend its blockchain solution across other B2B industries and markets to solve challenges with international remittance and rising costs of operation.
