Role Overview

We’re seeking a data-driven and content-savvy SEO Specialist to lead our search strategy across transactional content, affiliate verticals, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and AI-powered workflows. You’ll work closely with editorial and monetization teams to rank in both classic SERPs and AI-generated answer summaries, while optimizing conversion-led content across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Transactional SEO & Affiliate Optimization:
  • Improve rankings and conversion rates of transactional pages
  • Own and optimize high-intent content: exchange comparisons, “Best of” pages, crypto tools, etc.
• AEO (Answer Engine Optimization):
  • Craft content tailored for visibility in AI-generated answers (Google AI Overview, AI Mode, Perplexity, ChatGPT)
  • Identify content types and formats favored by generative engines
  • Leverage structured data, succinct information hierarchy, and prompt-based optimization
• AI Workflows:
  • Use tools for content clustering, briefs, and content scaling
  • Collaborate on automated workflows that increase publishing efficiency while maintaining SEO integrity
• Conduct topical and long-tail keyword research across core and emerging crypto niches
• Monitor and enhance internal linking, page speed, schema, and crawl health
• Work with the content writer team to maintain freshness and E-E-A-T across the content portfolio
• Report weekly on ranking, and revenue metrics using GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Looker, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 – 5  years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in content-heavy, affiliate-driven environments
• Proven success with transactional SEO and affiliate monetization strategies
• Clear understanding of AEO / Search Generative Experience (SGE) optimization techniques
• Proficient with SEO tools like GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Surfer, Frase, etc.
• Strong understanding of content architecture, structured data, and E-E-A-T principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, crypto-native editorial environment
• Proven ability to architect, running experiments with LLMs & Claude Code and implement SEO automation workflows or agentic pilelines that improve operational throughput.

KPIs

• Number of Branded mentions/citations within LLMs generated responses
• Search engine ranking position for transactional keywords.
• Improvement in EEAT signals as measured by third party audits

Bonus Points For

• Prior experience in crypto / Web3 media or fintech content
• Familiarity with tools like WordPress, GA4, Tag Manager, Locker Studio , Big Query and Data Studio
